Real Estate Wealth Expo Review

Category: Reviews, Work

Last weekend I attended the Real Estate Wealth Expo presented by The Learning Annex. My best-friend at USC, Hector Molina, is awesome because he paid the entrance fee for me ($179). It is a two day event; Saturday, April 08, and Sunday, April 09.

Earvin “Magic” Johnson was a good speaker, and I really liked the information he presented with respect to urban and minority populations; information I wasn’t aware of. He was one of many other speakers that presented over the entire weekend, including Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump. All in all, I have to say, I wasn’t too impressed. Keep in mind I am a business student studying at one of the top 10 business schools in the nation. To tell you the truth, I kind of felt taken. I don’t need someone to TELL me that I CAN create my own business. I already know that. I was expecting more information, in terms of what to do. Do you know what I’m saying?

Here’s the deal… it kind of reminded me of a wagon rolling into town. On the side of the wagon, it reads “Miracle Cure.” And people come from neighboring towns to meet in front of the town square. The more they hear about this drug, the more they gather around this wagon in an effort to learn more about this “Miracle Cure” that cures all their sicknesses; in reality the “Miracle Cure” is a bottle of syrup that doesn’t do anything but contribute to their sickness.
I felt ripped off. They asked me to pay them $200 to learn things that I can watch on their PBS infomercials. What the hell was I doing there?! They left out a bunch of critical information just so people would buy their books. I’ll admit, their books are very good and well worth the read. But these “Pre-Paid Infomercials” are lame and a waste of time.

My advice for anyone planning on attending The Real Estate Wealth Expo: SAVE YOUR MONEY. Buy the books, take them home, and read them.

DO NOT WASTE TIME GOING TO THE RIPOFF!!!!! The only thing that is making me feel ok about it is I got the tickets as thank you gift for PBS donation. I went to the one at LA convention center. First of all, we waited over 2hrs to park, only to know no parking was available anymore. They sold as many tickets as they could without considering the parking capacity. We were going back home and happened to find a available parking a few blocks away. I thought I was going to seminars, but it’s just 175$ informercials!!! They tell you a bit of the info you are interested in, then they sell you really expensive kits and services if you want to know what you really want to know. The way they sell them is really insincere also. Raomond Aaron sells his mentoring service claiming it’s endorsed by R. Kiyosaki in Rich Dad’s quadrant book. That was the only reason I decided to buy. I think this guy used to be good, then he has realized he can invent money churning machine and that is all he cares now. He says 100% money back guarantee if you don’t achieve your goal even for one month out of the 17 months, but he does not tell you that is after you commited for the entire 17 months untill AFTER you buy the serivice. If he is that great, why does he need to trick you like that????? And when he signed and handed the guarantee latter to us, he didn’t even make an eye contact or thank us. We tried to think positive about him, but we has so much bad taste in our mouth and their business style is way too shady, just unbelievable. Basically all the speakers there were like that. Incomplete disclosure about the details of the service they are selling (AFTER you buy the service you find many things are for extra price), outdated tax advices, etc.. They DO have the great info we are all interested in, but get books from libraries or get the service somewhere else instead. These are not trustworthy people. No matter what they say, ALL they care about is money for themselves. I went with positive open attitude, and left with total disgust. I was a total sucker to believe it’s something good for me. I do not trust learning annext itself either. No one with conscience would sell informercial for 175$ that you have to sacrifice a weekend for with no parking prepared. It’s just a convention by money grabbing people. They pray on hard working people who want to improve their financial lives. If you don’t believe me, go check on your own.

And remember, these people will leave their feedbacks in various websites nitpicking real reviews. I just felt responsible to let people know about my experience. It’s up to you if you take my words or not. Go check it out if you like! :D

    Thanks Kay!!!

Your comment really is the truth. More people need to know the TRUTH about The Learning Annex. They are ruthless, and take hardworking people’s money without guilt. More people should feel inspired to tell their friends and family about what The Learning Annex and The Real Estate Wealth Expo really are about.

I went to the Trump expo and I knew this was a setup for cash,, The speaker was like a strutting chicken on the stage telling everyone that they had blinders to the Big Deals,, He told us he was a broker in another state and had brought 31 properties,, well if he worked for Trump.. why didn’t he buy in Calif where the big profits are.. He held up a black American Express card to impress us,, at the end the price was $1,500 for the courses .. RIPOFF… two or three suckers went for it.. the others figured it out.. no one wants to get Trumped… and if they say Trump wants to give back thats why he is doing these seminars …well if that is so then the seminar should be FREE,, no all of these fools are out for cash.. Trumps ego and the pocket books need to be filled by you THE SUCKER,, read those egotistical rump books about HIM ,, all the titles should be ME… I love ME… boring .. check them out at the library if you want to learn Real Estate,, it FREE…. the cheapskate doesn’t even give you a cup of coffee ,, it is water and mints ,, stay home and watch a movie,, Don’t Get Trumped….

Just went to NYC Wealth Expo. BIG RIPOFF. It was essentially a glorified forum for the speakers to sell their wares to suckers in the audience. It should have been called the “Informercial Expo”. If the speakers had any ethics they would have given real, educational information to the audience…but they didn’t. Instead it was obvious that all they cared about was churning more profits for themselve. Now I understood how they got the name for the Expo..it was a Wealth Expo to make the speakers wealthier! This gave me such a horrible taste in my mouth that I had to walk out in the middle of Raymond Aaron’s ruthless “performance”. I Learned nothing tangible from this expo except that you must hire each individual speaker to get rich.
    Don’t waste your time!

I was very disappointed I couldn’t make it to the Expo, but I don’t feel so bad now that I have read these comments. There is another website which has a cult-like follower, has anyone checked out the forums there? creonline.com ? I once said something that was preceived as challenging the group’s mentality, and several posters instantly chimed in to shut me up. Still, I think there are some good info there.
