Kirsch Loud Speakers - White Van Speakers - Scam
Please don’t fall prey to this scam.Let me begin by saying buyer beware. Today on my way home from work I stopped at a gas station and was approached by a guy named Angel. He was driving a metallic brown Chevy SUV and had about 5 sets of home theater boxes in his truck. Well, as I was pumping gas, he asked me if I wanted to buy some speakers for my house. He said they made a mistake in the order and he had an extra system. He also said he didn’t want to take it back to the warehouse because his boss was just going to keep it and sell it on eBay. After turning him down the first time, he took out a magazine that showed these speakers for $3,000. And he was trying to sell them to me for $400. Well, I’m glad I didn’t bite. He tried to get me to make him an offer, but I left after pumping the gas. As I drove home I couldn’t help but think to myself: “man that was a good deal.”
As soon as I got home, I checked online and soon realized this was a scam. The scam is common and is known as the “White Van Speaker” scam. According to many websites Kirsch speakers are a huge rip-off. For you convenience, and to raise awareness, I will list a few links to other websites with similar stories.

USANA to repurchase more than $40 million of shares
Wow. I’m amazed at how ballsy USANA executives are acting. It is my opinion that they’re no longer managing their company rationally. They must have forgotten the number one rule of any publicly held company… INCREASE SHAREHOLDER VALUE.
Today USANA authorized an additional 40 million to the already 25 million dollars available for stock repurchases.
What this means to me is that because their shares are rapidly losing value, as a result of all the bad publicity regarding their business practices and the investigations underway, USANA authorized a massive stock repurchase in an effort to stabilize its price.
It is my opinion that the executives over at USANA Health Sciences are trying to have the company repurchase stock in an effort to unload their own depreciating shares on the company and its shareholders. Meaning they’re trying to cash out before the stock really plummets.
This stock repurchase is only short-term fix. In the long-term, if USANA continues to pursue its objective of stabilizing their stock price, they will eventually run out of money and will lose its ability to repurchase shares. When this happens the stock price will likely crash and burn. Leaving the rest of USANA shareholders with worthless stocks.
There’s a lot of money to be made trading this stock, but it is risky. The stock is extremely volatile, but… overall the stock has been depreciating about 1 to 2 percent per day. For this reason I have been shorting this stock and loving every minute of it.
Disclaimer: I’m not a professional stock picker, nor am I an advisor. I’m not offering any advice as to what you should or should not trade. So don’t get angry with me if you can’t keep up with the stock.

FreeCreditReport.com is a Scam
I consider myself a consistently responsible person. So, in January I decided to check my free annual credit report. I went on this website called FreeCreditReport.com because I thought it was free.
Turns out they’ve been charging me a $12.95 membership fee for the past 2 months. I only noticed this after I looked at my bank statement and it read “Triple Advantage.” I was like what the “F” is this?!
After doing a quick Google search I came to the realization that the website I had used earlier was charging me a membership fee. This is an unethical bait and switch scam.
Experian, the company that runs FreeCreditReport.com, should have a class action lawsuit filed against it for swindling people into paying monthly fees without their consent.
After learning of this yesterday, I tried to go online to cancel the membership, but there is no option for that on their website. Then, I tried to call their 800 number (887-481-6826) last night, but their call center was closed.
This morning I called and finally got through to someone: a female representative that kept trying to hustle me into keeping my membership. She sounded sympathetic but kept trying to install fear of credit theft in me. After saying CANCLE MY ACCOUNT more than 9 times and raising my voice a little louder, she finally cancelled my membership.
This is BS and I want all my friends to make sure this doesn’t happen to them. The next time you want to get your credit report online use: AnnualCreditreport.com. This is completely free without the unscrupulous business practices employed by Experian.
