Marketing Presentation

March 29th, 2006 | Category: School

Hello. In just a few hours I will be conducting a marketing presentation on a product my team and I developed. I’m a bit nervous, but excited. We will be graded on a number of things including content and professionalism. Also, we will be doing this presentation without an audience, the professor will simply record it from behind a two way mirror.

Wish me luck…

Update 6:58 pm.

My group did great! I think we presented very well and hopefully got a really good grade. Anyway, I’ll keep you posted as soon as we receive our grades.

Organizational Behavior Grades Delivered

March 27th, 2006 | Category: School

Last Friday I got my organizational behavior midterm grade back. I was really nervous to get it back because I remember not being very pleased with the written portion of my test. But, not to worry, the average was around a 75. I got a 92, which comes out to about an A-.

On another note, the success poll results, I believe, are skewed. Too many people answered on behalf of what they generally believe. This poll is intended to question what you feel about yourself. Of course no one needs a degree of any kind to be successful. But what about you? What do you need to be successful?

Success Poll Confusion

March 21st, 2006 | Category: Random, School, Work

I’m somewhat confused with the results of the current poll “To be successful in life, all I need is a…?” I can’t really say that I’m shocked, because I kind of feel the same way; I don’t always feel that I need any educational degree to be successful. But if you don’t need a degree, then what do you need? Please, feel free to make comments under this post. I want to gain a greater understanding of what it is you feel you need to be successful.
